Relocation
Moving to Huntington Beach? Start here.
If you’re moving to Huntington Beach and want a straight answer on which part of the city fits, you’re in the right place.
Moving to Huntington Beach is really a choice between 6 different places that share one name. The form below takes about 20 seconds. It asks your budget, your timeline, where you’ll be driving on a weekday, and what your week looks like. I read every one of them myself.
What you get back is a text or a call from me, pointing you at the right end of the city and telling you what to cross off. No pitch, no drip campaign, no assistant.

The form

9 quick fields. Only the first 3 are required. The rest is what lets me give you a real answer instead of a generic one.
What happens next
Three things, in this order
I read it
Not an assistant, not a call center. The form lands in my inbox and I read it the same day.
You hear back within a day
Usually a text first, then a call if you want one. I’ll tell you which end of the city to look at and what to cross off.
It’s a conversation
No drip campaign. If you’d rather skip the form, call or text 714-500-7797 or email Gantry@TeamGantry.com.

Before you fill it out
Three questions people ask before moving to Huntington Beach
Which part of Huntington Beach should I look at first?
Start with where your car will be pointed on a weekday. The north end is closer to LA and the 405. The south end is 20 to 30 minutes from Irvine and John Wayne Airport. Most of my buyers end up in South Huntington or on the Seacliff bluff. Downtown’s numbered streets deliver the walk-to-sand trade on a 25-foot-wide lot, which is the right call for some buyers and the wrong one for others. Schools are assigned by address across 5 districts, so confirm the address with the City of Huntington Beach before you fall in love with a house. The full breakdown is in my Huntington Beach neighborhoods comparison and in the Moving to Huntington Beach video below.
What does a house actually cost here?
The citywide median for a detached house is $1,625,000 (231 sales in the 90 days ending September 10, 2026, CRMLS). That number is the middle, not the floor. The interior tracts start closer to $1.25 million, and Harbour waterfront runs about $4 million. Condos and townhomes sit well below the detached figure. Tell me your ceiling on the form and I’ll tell you which areas are realistic. For a longer read, see what your budget gets in Huntington Beach.
Is this a sales call?
No. You fill out the form, I read it, and I text or call you with a straight answer about which end of the city to look at and what to cross off. If Huntington Beach isn’t the fit, I’ll say so. If you’re 6 to 18 months out, we might talk about renting first. If you’re on a deadline, there’s a faster playbook. Either way, right now it’s me you’re talking to, not an assistant.
